Our products are custom printed in your name, so they cannot be returned or exchanged once the proof is approved.

If a product arrives damaged or does not match the approved proof, write to us within 7 days with a photo: we reprint it at no charge.

You are responsible for the content you approve on the proof (names, numbers, spelling). Please read it carefully.
